About the role:

As a Contracts Administrator, you are a crucial support that enables our sales teams and partners to bring Out of Home campaigns to life through ensuring our client contracts are accurate and media is booked accurately and efficiently.

What you'll do:

• Become a master of Fusion (industry specific software) inputting media schedules from our teams to craft accurate, top-tier proposals.

• Act as the ultimate quality controller by checking proposals entered by Sales, managing contract changes smoothly, and keeping the team in the loop on all current sales processes.

• Take charge of our inventory management by upholding pricing rules and moderating bookings to maximise our available media spaces.

• Collaborate closely with our teams to create high-standard sales proposals and client presentations, utilising innovative industry specific tools like for mapping and reach.

What we’re looking for:

• You’re a people person, easily connecting with everyone you meet.

• You’re a great communicator, open to feedback, and love working with different perspectives.

• Comfortable with office software and all things organisation - spreadsheets, documents, and presentations are your jam.

• You learn new technologies, systems, and processes quickly.

• Flexibility is key! You can adapt to changing priorities and deadlines like a champ.

• Whether flying solo or collaborating with the team, you get the job done.
